What's the best thing about the Super Bowl? Cheap Avocados

Last Sunday was the Super Bowl and that meant dirt cheap avocado's.  My first trip to the market I bought 7 my second trip I bought 5 and Yesterday the last day of the sale I bought another 8

Breakfast
I planned on making avocado taco's but it turned into guacamole instead.
2 avocados, 1 jalapeño,1 yellow chili, 4 cloves garlic, 1 serrano, 1 roma tomato, 1 carrot, 1 small onion, cilantro, lemon juice, 1/2 a bottle of Sontava (habanero hot sauce) and some Ghost pepper sauce. Served with some taqueria salsa, some corn tortillas, a few chips and a couple chili's

Thant was breakfast yesterday, and yes that is a breakfast beer.

Lunch

Pita, sprouts, cilantro, onion, garlic, jalapeño, grape tomato, garlic and hummus with sriracha

Dinner

Whole wheat crust, roma tomato, jalapeño, yellow chili, serrano, onion, onion chive, shallots, garlic, carrot, chipotle pepper, basil and rosemary.  Topped with with avocado more raw garlic and cilantro

always delicious

Todays breakfast
Hummus and avocado Tacos
Corn tortilla, avocado, Jalapeño or edamame hummus (2 of each), yellow Chile, tomato, cilantro, onion, jalapeño, topped with taqueria salsa and served with a bowl of sprouts
I chopped everything length wise so it would better stay in the tortilla. I couldn't resist adding the sprouts to the taco as well, plus a little sriracha never hurts.

One of the best breakfasts I ever had.
Yum
